Structural Engineer

The Role

You’ll be involved in the design and delivery of multistorey concrete and steel structures , working closely with senior engineers and Revit technicians to produce coordinated, high-quality documentation. This role offers exposure to both design and site stages , along with genuine opportunities for career progression and technical development.

Key responsibilities:

• Structural analysis and design of RC and PT floor systems using software such as ETABS, RAM Concept, and RAPT
• Hands-on involvement in first-principles verification , peer reviews, and site inspections
• Preparation of calculations, design reports, and markups for Revit teams
• Coordination with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure buildable outcomes

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s desirable)
• 3–8 years’ experience in building structures within a consulting environment
• Strong design knowledge across reinforced and post-tensioned concrete systems
• Working knowledge of Australian Standards (AS 3600, AS/NZS 1170 series, NCC)
• Confident communicator who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
