Senior Project Architect

Our client is a prominent architectural firm based in Richmond, Melbourne, known for their commitment to innovative design. 

Role Overview:
They are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Architect to lead the project from start to finish. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design and delivery of the multi-residential tower project.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
• Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from concept design through to completion.
• Prepare and present design proposals and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Architect, specifically in multi-residential projects.
• Strong understanding of project management processes and architectural design principles.
• Proficiency in Archicad is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

Qualifications

• A degree in Architecture or related field.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish.
