THE ROLE
They’re on the lookout for a Senior Interior Designer to join their collaborative and close-knit team.
This full-time studio-based role (some flexibility around this) is ideal for someone who loves blending creativity with practicality — designing environments that look beautiful and make a real difference to the people who use them.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and contributing to health design projects from concept to completion.
- Producing detailed documentation and interior detailing across small and large-scale health projects.
- Collaborating with the design and delivery teams to ensure projects run smoothly and achieve the desired outcomes.
- Keeping up to date with suppliers, materials, and products to maintain fresh design ideas.
- Communicating design concepts clearly and confidently with clients and consultants.
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining a high level of design quality.
You’re an all-rounder who enjoys being hands-on across all phases of a project. You thrive in a team environment but are just as comfortable taking the lead when needed.
You’ll bring:
- Minimum 4 years local industry experience in a similar interior design or interior architecture role.
- A degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Revit and SketchUp (preferred).
- Proven experience in interior detailing and documentation for commercial, health, education, or government projects.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive mindset and a strong eye for detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high design standard.
- Full working rights in Australia (citizen or permanent resident).
