THE ROLE

We’re seeking a Senior Health Architect / Project Leader to join the Adelaide studio (or another location, with flexibility available). This role will see you lead complex health projects — including hospitals — from early concept through to delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading major health projects across all phases of design and documentation
• Coordinating engineering consultant inputs and ensuring compliance with NCC and Australian Standards
• Managing relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Undertaking site inspections and using systems such as Aconex or Procore
• Overseeing project delivery in Revit and guiding project workflows
• Leading and mentoring a team of architects and technicians

• Registered Architect with 10+ years’ local experience
• Proven track record delivering complex health projects, ideally including hospitals
• Strong knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards, and documentation practices
• Skilled communicator with confidence working alongside clients and contractors
• Proficiency in Revit, with the ability to manage and coordinate design inputs
• Site experience, including inspections and construction phase services
• Collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring and supporting a team
• Ready to step into a Senior Associate (or higher) level role, depending on experience

• Senior Associate or higher title available, aligned with your expertise
