THE ROLE

We’re seeking a Senior Architect / Project Leader with experience in multi-storey residential projects to join their Sydney or Newcastle studios. This full-time, studio-based role offers the opportunity to lead complex, large-scale residential developments from concept through to delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading multi-storey residential projects through all stages of design and construction
• Coordinating engineering consultant inputs and ensuring compliance with NCC and Australian Standards
• Managing relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Undertaking site inspections and utilising systems such as Aconex or Procore
• Coordinating project documentation in a Revit environment
• Leading and mentoring a team of architects and technicians

• Registered Architect with 10+ years’ local experience
• Proven experience delivering complex multi-storey residential projects in Australia
• Strong knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards, and documentation practices
• Confident communicator with client and contractor engagement experience
• Proficient in Revit and capable of coordinating consultant inputs
• Hands-on site experience, including inspections and construction phase services
• Collaborative leader with the ability to mentor and inspire a project team
• Ready to take on a Senior Associate (or higher) level role, depending on experience

• Senior Associate or higher title available, depending on experience
