RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technical documenting in readiness for construction
- Understand design and work it up into a professional set of contract documents ready for tender and construction
- Working only in Revit
- Excellent communication skills
- Day to day dealings with various internal and external professionals
- Co-ordination
- A minimum of 4 years local experience working across education and/or health.
- Project experience must be over $30 million.
- A full understanding of the documentation process from early design through to completion
- Technically minded and process driven
- Revit proficient (a must)
- Presentable, articulate and team oriented.
