THE ROLE
We’re seeking a Registered Architect
to join their growing team.
This full-time, studio-based role will see you lead complex projects from concept through to delivery, coordinating consultants, clients, and contractors along the way.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading large-scale projects through all stages of design and construction
- Coordinating engineering consultant inputs and ensuring compliance with NCC and Australian Standards
- Managing client and contractor relationships
- Conducting site inspections and utilising systems such as Aconex or Procore
- Overseeing project documentation and coordination in a Revit environment
- Leading and mentoring a team of architects and technicians
ABOUT YOU
- Registered Architect with 10+ years’ local experience
- Strong knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards, and documentation practices
- Confident communicator with client and contractor engagement experience
- Proficient in Revit and capable of coordinating consultant inputs
- Hands-on site experience, including inspections and construction phase services
- Collaborative leader with mentoring experience
- Ready to take on a Senior Associate (or higher) level role, depending on experience
- Full-time, studio-based role with location flexibility for the right candidate
