The Melbourne team will be delivering luxury multi-residential projects in Queensland. You'll be based in Melbourne, with trips up to Brisbane from time to time.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Joining a new office early is a very different experience from joining an established one. You'll have a genuine say in how the studio works, the culture it builds and the people who join after you.
This is a role for a confident all-rounder. Someone who understands design intent, can hold onto it through documentation and delivery, and takes pride in seeing a building finished properly.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Running luxury multi-residential projects from design through to completion
- Translating design intent into well-resolved documentation in Revit
- Coordinating consultants, builders and client teams
- Mentoring and supporting less experienced members of the studio
- Helping establish the Melbourne office's processes and culture
- Travelling to Brisbane when projects require it
- Extensive multi-residential project experience, ideally at the higher end of the market
- Strong Revit skills (essential)
- A solid grasp of design, and the ability to carry it through every stage
- Experience running projects and coordinating consultant teams
- A willingness to mentor and share what you know
- A practical, well-rounded approach to architecture
