We are looking for an Interior Designer to join their selections team. This is a client-facing role where you will guide homeowners through the selections process, helping them make confident and considered decisions for their new home.
You will work closely with clients from initial appointments through to final documentation, while also supporting the day-to-day running of a busy design studio.
The Role You will be responsible for:
- Running client selections appointments and studio tours
- Creating and updating selections documentation
- Preparing post-contract variations
- Developing investment colour schemes and selection documentation
- Managing studio bookings, samples, displays and stock
- Creating mood boards and assisting with social media content
- Attending supplier events and product information sessions
- A qualification in Interior Design or a related discipline
- Experience within a design studio, residential builder or similar environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A good understanding of residential construction principles, working drawings and documentation
- Experience with Photoshop or similar software
- Exposure to 3D rendering programmes would be advantageous
- Experience using Framework would be highly regarded
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
