Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural teams on multiple projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Oversee project development from concept to completion, maintaining client relationships.
- Mentor junior architects and team members, fostering a collaborative studio culture.
- Contribute to business development efforts and assist in securing new project opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic directions and project goals.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
About You
- Proven experience in managing teams and architectural projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passionate about design and eager to progress to Business Development and Associate Director roles.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficient in relevant design software, including Revit.
