Archicad Technician / Architect

Mid to Senior Level Archicad Technician/Architect Type: Fixed Term
Contract Location: Cremorne
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 + Super

We are seeking a talented and experienced Archicad Technician or Architect to join a local design studio (Cremorne) for an immediate fixed-term contract.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial projects, specifically in health facilities, and be proficient in construction documentation. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage construction documentation for a health facility project (4-storey project). 
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design and technical standards are met.
• Assist in resolving design and technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain compliance with relevant building codes and regulations. 
• Coordination within internal and external teams. 

Qualifications:

• Mid to senior-level experience in Archicad.
• Proven experience in commercial projects, particularly health facilities.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A minimum of 5 years of local experience.
