With a Master of Architecture from Deakin University and experience across architectural practice and specialist recruitment, Panashe brings a well-rounded understanding of the architecture and design industry.

 

Before moving into recruitment, Panashe worked across a range of architectural projects, from hospitality and high-end residential to projects at various stages of design and delivery. She also spent time teaching first-year architecture students at Monash University, sharing her knowledge and helping the next generation of designers develop their ideas.

 

Having spent over two years recruiting architecture professionals, Panashe understands the importance of finding the right fit for both candidates and studios. A bubbly character with a genuine passion for people and architecture, she enjoys building meaningful relationships and helping designers take the next step in their careers.

 

At Vivid, Panashe looks after candidates across Architecture, Interior Design and Landscape Architecture, bringing industry knowledge, an approachable nature and a personal touch to the recruitment process. Her experience on both sides of the industry helps her understand what matters to candidates and what studios are looking for.
