Senior Project Architect/Leader

We’re proudly partnering with a leading national design studio with a deep commitment to people, place, and purpose. Known for their inclusive design approach and social and environmental focus, they bring diverse voices into the room to deliver projects that make a real difference. Their Sydney studio is growing, and they’re looking for a seasoned architect to take the lead on meaningful, design-led work.
 
THE ROLE
 
This is a key role in the Sydney studio, working closely with the Studio Principals on projects across the education and high-density residential sectors. You’ll lead projects through all stages—from early concept through to delivery—and play a major part in maintaining and developing long-term client relationships.
 
What you’ll be doing:

• Leading multiple projects from concept to completion
• Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and consultants
• Guiding teams with a collaborative, knowledge-sharing mindset
• Maintaining high standards of design integrity and technical delivery
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members

• Registered Architect with 10+ years of local experience
• Proven ability to run complex projects from start to finish
• Experience in education and/or multi-residential sectors
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Design sensitivity with a collaborative and inclusive mindset
• Familiarity with Revit is a bonus, but not essential

• Competitive salary ($120–150k + Super)
