Senior Project Architect/Leader

THE ROLE
 
We’re looking for a Senior Project Architect or Project Leader to join the Brisbane studio, working directly with the Studio Principal on projects that matter. You’ll bring a strong design sensibility, leadership across project delivery, and the ability to foster and maintain long-term client relationships. Current and upcoming projects include a mix of high-density residential and education sector work, so experience in these areas will be highly regarded.
 
Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading projects from early concept through to delivery
• Building and retaining strong client relationships
• Collaborating closely with the wider studio team and consultants
• Mentoring junior team members and sharing knowledge generously
• Supporting the studio’s reputation for inclusive, sustainable design

• Registered Architect with 10+ years of local industry experience
• Strong portfolio across education and/or high-density residential
• Demonstrated design sensitivity and a collaborative working style
• Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
• Revit knowledge will be seen as a bonus (but not essential)
