Role Overview
As the Manager of Urban Landscapes, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing urban parks, reserves, and community spaces. Your strategic vision will contribute to creating sustainable, attractive areas that foster community engagement and pride.
 
Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage planning, performance, and policies for urban landscape programs.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team to achieve shared goals.
• Effectively manage financial and human resources in accordance with council policies.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and deliver on sustainability initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance community outcomes.

• Relevant qualifications and proven experience in urban landscape management.
• Extensive experience in leading diverse teams, both indoor and outdoor.
• Strong financial management skills, with a focus on optimising budgets.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, deliver, and evaluate urban landscape projects.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and urban compliance requirements.
• A Class C Driver's License is essential.
