OUR CLIENT
Our client is a well-regarded, multi-disciplinary building services consultancy with a strong footprint across Australia. Known for technical rigour and a collaborative approach, they partner with top-tier architects and developers to deliver high-performing, sustainable buildings across the commercial, health, education, and residential sectors. Due to continued growth in their Sydney office, they’re looking to hire a Hydraulic Engineer
to support their busy pipeline.
THE ROLE
- Assist in the design and documentation of hydraulic services for a wide range of building projects;
- Develop specifications, reports, and drawings that meet Australian standards and project requirements;
- Collaborate closely with internal engineers and external consultants to deliver coordinated outcomes;
- Attend client meetings and site inspections as required;
- Support project delivery from concept through to construction;
- Learn from senior engineers and grow within a nationally respected team.
- MUST HAVE PERMANENT WORK RIGHTS IN AUSTRALIA
- MUST HAVE LOCAL CONSULTANCY EXPERIENCE
- Tertiary qualification in Mechanical, Civil, or Building Services Engineering;
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in hydraulic building services design;
- Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit (preferred);
- Familiar with relevant codes, authority requirements, and industry best practices;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- A proactive, detail-oriented attitude with a desire to develop technical and project experience.
