Known for their inclusive design process and strong team culture, their Brisbane studio is growing—and they’re on the lookout for passionate emerging talent who want to learn, contribute, and evolve with the practice.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for an Architectural Graduate with at least 1 year of local experience to join the team full-time in Brisbane. You’ll get hands-on project involvement and collaborate closely with senior architects, working across concept design, documentation, and delivery. This is a brilliant opportunity to deepen your skills and be mentored in a supportive, design-driven environment.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Supporting projects through various design stages
- Contributing to design discussions and documentation
- Using your strong Revit skills to produce high-quality work
- Working collaboratively across architecture and interior teams
- A degree-qualified Architectural Graduate with 1+ year of local experience
- Good design eye and a strong passion for architecture
- Proficient in Revit
- Positive attitude and a hunger to grow
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Driven by purpose and committed to thoughtful design outcomes
- Salary in line with experience ($60–75k + Super)
- A full-time role in a nationally respected design practice
